What we collect • Your name, email address and delivery address when you order. • Your order: products, amounts and order status. • Payment status from Mollie (we never see your full card or bank details). • Technical data such as your IP address in security logs. Your shopping bag and language are stored only in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Why we use it • To perform your order: payment, fulfilment, delivery and customer service (contract). • To keep our accounts and meet tax obligations (legal obligation). • To protect the shop against fraud and abuse (legitimate interest). We never sell your data and only send you marketing emails if you asked for them. Who receives it • Mollie B.V. (Netherlands), our payment provider. • CJdropshipping, our fulfilment partner, located outside the European Union (China). It receives your name, delivery address and order contents only to prepare and ship your parcel; this transfer is necessary to perform your order (GDPR article 49(1)(b)). • The carriers that deliver your parcel, our hosting provider and our accountant, each only for their task. How long we keep it Order and invoice data are kept as long as Belgian accounting and tax law requires (up to 10 years). Security logs are deleted after a short period.
